Wagyu Beef Belly Burnt Ends

Prep Time: 30 Min | Cook Time:  6.5 hrs

🔥Cut beef belly into 1-2 inch cubes

🔥Coat in olive oil

🔥Cover with @blazingstarbbq Beef and All in One rub

🔥Place cubes on a wire rack

🔥Smoke at 225 for 2-3hrs

🔥Place wire rack in a tray and add a can or 2 of your favorite Beer

🔥Cover with aluminum foil

🔥Place back in smoker or oven for 3 hours or until internal temp of cubes reach 205

🔥Once cubes reach internal temp and are tender, drain beer and fat and coat with @blazingstarbbq Original BBQ sauce

🔥Place back in the smoker or oven for 30 min to let sauce tack up then enjoy 😈
