- Ingredients
- 4 Large Jalapeños
- 1/2 Ground Wagyu Beef from RC Ranch
- 4 strips of Wagyu Beef Bacon from RC Ranch
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp Fireshire W-Sauce from Bear and Burtons
- 2 tbsp Beef Rub from Blazing Star BBQ
- Blazing Star BBQ Original BBQ sauce

- Jealous Devil Hickory Smoke wood blocks
- Char Griller Gravity Fed 980 smoker
- LB Blades stainless steel for Damascus knife
- Instructions
- Get yours maker fired up and set to 350F using hickory wood and charcoal briquets
- Add ground beef to a bowl with cheddar cheese W-sauce and beef rub then mix well
- Cut the tops off of the jalapeños length wise to make a deep boat. Using the back of a spoon to core it out. Leaving the seeds on the top half for spice
- Stuff been filling into jalapeño then put the top back on
- Wrap in beef bacon and secure with toothpicks
- Season the poppers with more beef rub then place into the smoker for 1hr
- After one hour sauce them with BBQ sauce then back into smoker for another 15 min
- When done let cool for 5 min before eating
