Miso Chimichurri

Prep Time: 30 Min 

  • 5-6 tbsp Miso paste
  • 3 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 cup or 1 bundle of Italian parsley minced
  • 1 cup or 1 bundle of cilantro minced
  • 2 tsp grated or minced ginger
  • 8 cloves of garlic grated or minced
  • 2 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp Everything Bagel seasoning or sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 pinches of MSG *optional

Items used in the video

  1. in a large bowl add Miso paste, Rice vinegar, Soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well until Miso paste is fully broken down and all has fully combined.
  2. Add in all other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Add in a pinch or 2 of MSG and mix. This is optional.
  4. Store in a air tight container for up to a week
