Honey Money Burnt Ends

Prep Time: 30 Min | Cook Time: 4-6 hrs

  1. Olive oil as a binder, Then season with Blazing Star Porkn (included in kit)
  2. Smoke indirect using applewood at 250-300F for 4-5 hrs until internal temp reaches 200-210F and fat is rendered and toothpick slides in like melted butter
  3. When done place in the fridge for 1 hr to let cool
  4. After 1 hr cut into cubes 
  5. Mix up Honey Money sauce (included in kit) with additional seasonings (recipe card in kits)
  6. Place pork belly in sauce and coat them evenly then place on a rack with drip tray underneath 
  7. Back onto smoker for 20-30mins for pork belly to heat back up and sauce to tack up
  8. When done drizzle on more Honey Money sauce and top with everything bagel seasoning
