Beefy Bacon Poppers

Prep Time: 30 Min | Cook Time: 1 hr 15 Min

  1. Get yours maker fired up and set to 350F using hickory wood and charcoal briquets
  2. Add ground beef to a bowl with cheddar cheese W-sauce and beef rub then mix well
  3. Cut the tops off of the jalapeños length wise to make a deep boat. Using the back of a spoon to core it out. Leaving the seeds on the top half for spice
  4. Stuff been filling into jalapeño then put the top back on
  5. Wrap in beef bacon and secure with toothpicks
  6. Season the poppers with more beef rub then place into the smoker for 1hr
  7. After one hour sauce them with BBQ sauce then back into smoker for another 15 min
  8. When done let cool for 5 min before eating
