- Instructions
•Cook lobster tails indirect over grill or oven at 400 till internal temp reaches 145F
•Baste w/ Cajun butter when tail is at 130F
•Once done and cooled down cube up lobster tail meat
•Add to a toasted brioche bun
•Top w/ chopped bacon crumbles and green onions
