Cajun Honey Butter:

🔥6 tbsp butter
🔥4 tbsp minced garlic
🔥2 tsp garlic powder
🔥2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
🔥2 tsp smoked paprika
🔥1 tsp cayenne pepper
🔥2 tsp onion powder
🔥1 tsp black pepper
🔥1/2 tsp salt
🔥1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
🔥3 tbsp honey

* If using Raw honey add honey at the end. Over cooking will cause honey to seize up.

Cajun Slaw:

🔥2.5 cups green cabbage sliced thin
🔥½ cup carrots sliced thin
🔥½ cup mayo
🔥½ tbsp lemon juice
🔥½ tbsp Dijon
🔥1 tbsp honey
🔥½ tsp smoked paprika
🔥¼ tsp onion powder
🔥¼ tsp garlic powder
🔥½ tsp celery seeds
🔥¼ tsp cayenne or more lol
🔥Sea salt & black pepper, to taste

•Cook lobster tails indirect over grill or oven at 400 till internal temp reaches 145F
•Baste w/ Cajun butter when tail is at 130F
•Once done and cooled down cube up lobster tail meat
•Add to a toasted brioche bun
•Top w/ chopped bacon crumbles and green onions
