- Lumpia wrappers
- Tony Chachere Original Cajun seasoning
Dipping Sauce
- Cane Vinegar
- Red Thai Chili peppers
- Fresh Minced Garlic
- Tony Chachere Original Cajun Seasoning
- Instructions
- Peel and devein shrimp leaving just the tail
- Cut slits in shrimp to straighten them out
- Season heavily w/ @tonychacheres Original Cajun seasoning
- Roll tightly in lumpia wrappers or spring roll wrappers (found at most Asian markets)
- Fry at 350 for about 1-2 minutes
- For the dip mince Thai chillies and garlic
- Add to a small bowl with cane vinegar and Cajun seasoning
