Dipping Sauce

  • Cane Vinegar
  • Red Thai Chili peppers
  • Fresh Minced Garlic
  • Tony Chachere Original Cajun Seasoning
  1. Peel and devein shrimp leaving just the tail
  2. Cut slits in shrimp to straighten them out
  3. Season heavily w/ @tonychacheres Original Cajun seasoning
  4. Roll tightly in lumpia wrappers or spring roll wrappers (found at most Asian markets)
  5. Fry at 350 for about 1-2 minutes
  6. For the dip mince Thai chillies and garlic
  7. Add to a small bowl with cane vinegar and Cajun seasoning
