Candied Adobo Bacon

Prep Time: 24hrs | Cook Time: 1hr

 

 

ITEMS USED IN VIDEO

  1. Add all ingredients into a food safe container with a lid except bacon then mix.
  2. Now add in bacon, mix, place lid on and store in the fridge for 2hrs (overnight preferred)
  3. When ready remove bacon from marinade and pat dry.
  4. Place bacon on a wire rack.
  5. Top with brown sugar and hot honey.
  6. Place rack into a pre-heated smoker set to 300F for 1hr. Check periodically so bacon does not burn and overcook.
  7. When done remove and let cool.
  8. Top with more hot honey and crispy friend garlic then enjoy.
