- Texas Chili from RC Ranch
- Hot Dog Buns
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup whole milk or half and half
- 1/2 can of beer
- 1 tbsp W-Sauce Worcestershire
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Kosher salt to taste
- 2 1/2 cups fresh shredded sharp cheddar cheese

- Use Slotdog to get more surface area inside for smoke and more crisp
- Smoke dogs and chili on smoker at 350F for about 30-45 min
- In a pan on medium heat add butter
- Once melted down whisk in flour until clumpy
- Add in milk while continuing to whisk
- Add dijon mustard, wocestershire sauce, paprika and beer
- Then add cheese and whisk until creamy and dreamy
- Salt to taste
