- American Wagyu Denver steak from RC Ranch
- Blanco seasoning from Meat Church
- Ghee Spray from 4th and Heart
- Steak Press
Creamy Peppercorn Sauce
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 1/2 half shallot minced
- 6 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 tbsp W-Sauce Fireshire Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2-3 tbsp freshly cracked peppercorns
- pinch of salt
- Instructions
- Season steak then in a pan on high heat sear all sides using a press to hold down steak for an even sear
- When steak reaches an internal temp of 130 remove and rest
- In the same pan on medium heat add in butter
- When melted add in shallots and garlic. Cook until translucent
- Now add in Worcestershire, beef broth, heavy cream, salt, peppercorn
- Cook for about 5 min while frequently stirring. Cook until slightly thickene
- Slice up steak and serve w/ sauce and chives
