- Season w/ salt only
- Get your grill ready for direct heat grilling. You’re going to want to cook these for about an hour or slow with a steady med heat. You don’t want to burn them. They’re almost impossible to overcook. Just have patience. You want a crispy exterior.
- Constantly flipping to avoid burning.
- Cut up some lemons and get them also on the grill for better flavor
- About halfway through the cook squeeze some lemon juice over the Mollejas on both sides.
- When done slice up and top with more lemon juice.
