cornstarch
Honey Bourbon Sauce:¼ cup bourbon whiskey
¼ cup packed brown sugar
⅓ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon hot sauce or Buffalo
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
4 cloves of garlic minced
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons salted butter
gold dust optional
- Instructions
- Season wings w/ SPG and cornstarch for extra crispiness
- smoke at 350-400 till crispy and internal temp is around 190-200
- add all sauce ingredients to a sauce pan on medium heat and cook for 5-10 while constantly stirring
- top wings in sauce and gold dust
