Honey Bourbon Sauce:
🔥¼ cup bourbon whiskey
🔥¼ cup packed brown sugar
🔥⅓ cup ketchup
🔥1 tablespoon white vinegar
🔥1 tablespoon hot sauce or Buffalo
🔥¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
🔥¼ teaspoon garlic powder
🔥4 cloves of garlic minced
🔥1 tablespoon honey
🔥2 tablespoons salted butter
🔥gold dust optional
- Instructions
- Season wings w/ SPG and cornstarch for extra crispiness
- smoke at 350-400 till crispy and internal temp is around 190-200
- add all sauce ingredients to a sauce pan on medium heat and cook for 5-10 while constantly stirring
- top wings in sauce and gold dust
