Honey Buffalo Pork Belly Burnt Ends

Prep Time: 15 Min | Cook Time: 2 Hr

  • 2 Lbs Pork Belly Into 1 In Cubes

  • Hot Honey Season Blend

  • Applewood Chunk

  • Buffalo Sauce

  • 1 Stick of Butter

  • We Hot Honey Seasoning
Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
  1. Cut 2lbs pork belly into 1in cubes
  2. Season w/  @blazingstarbbq Scorpion rub
  3. Place on a wire rack
  4. Smoke at 250 for 2 hrs using applewood 
  5. Place in aluminum tray
  6. Add in @tacticalories Helldiver Buffalo sauce
  7. Add in 1 stick of butter and mix
  8. Cover and place back into smoker for 1-2 hrs until probe tender about 200 internal 
  9. Add in @mikeshothoney mix and back into smoker for 15 min
  10. Let cool then top w/ more Hot Honey and @osmosalt Spicy Everything Bagel for a nice crunch and texture then enjoy
