- Thick cut bacon from Tender Belly
- Jerk Marinade from Reggae Spice Company
- Brown Sugar
- Jerk Seasoning from Plow Boys BBQ
- Pineapple Tidbits from Dole

- Instructions
- Add bacon into food container, pour over about 1/2 cup of jerk marinade and about 2 tbsp of brown sugar. Let marinade in the fridge for 1 hr.
- In a large bowl add in 2 cups of b brown sugar and 2 tbsp of jerk seasoning, mix well.
- Place each bacon in sugar mixture and coat all sides.
- Place each bacon strip on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
- Top with pineapple and the rest of the brown sugar mixture.
- Smoker at 350F for 30-45 mins.
- When done let cool for 10min then enjoy. Have a glass of milk ready because these are spicy AF!!!
