- Box of Manicotti Shells
- 1 lbs American Wagyu ground beef from RC Ranch
- 1 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1 tbsp 5 Star seasoning from RC Ranch or use your favorite BBQ Rub
- Blazing Star BBQ sauce

- Instructions
- Get your smoker fired up to a temp of around 225F
- Add shredded cheese, ground beef and seasoning in a bowl and mix well
- Place mixture in a freezer bag and cut a hole at one corner
- Squeeze mixture into each manicotti using your fingers to stuff it fully
- Wrap it in bacon, if back isn’t long enough wrap with 2 pieces
- Places applewood into smoker then place shotgun shells into smoker
- Smoke for about 2 hrs.
- After 2 hrs baste with your favorite BBQ sauce on both sides then smoke for another 10 mins
