π™Žπ™žπ™£π™žπ™œπ™–π™£π™œ π™Žπ™–π™ͺπ™˜π™š π™„π™£π™œπ™§π™šπ™™π™žπ™šπ™£π™©π™¨:

  • Β 3/4 c water
  • Β 5 cloves minced garlic
  • Β 1/2 c sugar
  • Β 1/2 packet of Sinigang Mix found at most Asian Markets or Amazon
  • Β 1-2 tbsp red pepper flakes

    * Sauce makes for around 2-3 lbs of wings
  1. Fish sauce as a binder then season w/ 1/2 of the Sinigang packet
  2. Β Added to my @avidarmor USV32 Chamber Vac using the instant marinade function or just let it marinate for an hour
  3. Β Smoked these on my @chargrillergrills Grand Champ offset at 350 w/ applewood for about an hour or so
  4. Β In a large @hexclad pan on low, add in all sauce ingredients and cook till sugar is fully dissolved and sauce has thickened. Do not cook too high and long or sugar will burn. Only needs a few minutes
  5. Β Toss wings in the sauce. Cover with more sauce and top w/ scallions
