- Ingredients
- Pork belly w/ skin on
- Lemon pepper seasoning
𝙃𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙤 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙢𝙞𝙘𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙞:
- 2 habanero’s
- 1 whole garlic bulb
- 1 small shallot
- 1 cup/bunch parsley
- 1 cup/bunch cilantro
- 1 lime zested and juiced
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp coarse ground pepper
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ½ cup olive oil add more if too thick
- Instructions
- Cut some slits into pork belly for more surface area for smoke, seasoning and crust
- Season w/ Lemon Pepper
- Wipe down skin and sprinkle some kosher salt to help draw out moisture in skin during cooking
- Smoke at 250 for 2 hrs then remove
- Preheat your air fryer to 390 then place in your pork belly strips and cook for 3-5 min per side give or take. Till you see the skin start to bubble up and get crispy
- Slice them up and op with chimichurri
