Smoked Chimichurri

Prep Time: 20 Min | Cook Time: 10 min

  •  1 Shallot
  •  1 whole Garlic
  •  2 Habanero
  •  Cilantro
  • Parsley
  •  1/4 c Red wine vinegar
  •  1/2 c Olive oil
  •  1/2 Lemon squeezed and zested
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well
  2. Place a hot wood ember into bowl then cover immediately with aluminum foil and let set for 10-15min
  3. Remove foil and mix.
  4. Repeat the process for a more smokey flavor.
