- Ingredients
- 1 lb of Ground Beef
- 2 cups of dry cavatappi noodles or use macaroni
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp coarse ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp BBQ seasoning
- 2 cups of beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups fresh grated cheddar cheese
- Hot sauce and crispy fried garlic for garnish

- In a skillet on med high heat add in 1 tbsp of olive oil then toss in ground beef and break it up. Cook until slightly brown.
- Add in all dry ingredients and mix well. Cook for about 2 mins.
- Add in beef broth, milk and pasta. Mix well and bring to a boil.
- Place skillet in a pre heated smoker set to 450F using Hickory wood and cook for about 10 mins, stirring once halfway through.
- Remove from heat then add in shredded cheddar cheese and mix well.
- Serve and then I topped mine with Hot sauce and crispy fried garlic.
