- Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped leftover brisket
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
- 1 block of room temp cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Colby jack cheese or cheddar cheese
- 2 jalapeños diced
- 1 tbsp your favorite BBQ rub
- Egg roll wrappers

- Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix
- Place down 1 egg roll wrapper and then about 2-3 tbsp of filling.
- Roll up up as shown in the video and seal with water.
- Fry at 300F for 5 min or until a golden brown, any higher the wrapper on the inside will not cook all the way.
