Texas Twinkie Egg Rolls

  • 1 cup chopped leftover brisket
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 1 block of room temp cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Colby jack cheese or cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapeños diced
  • 1 tbsp your favorite BBQ rub
  • Egg roll wrappers

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix
  2. Place down 1 egg roll wrapper and then about 2-3 tbsp of filling.
  3. Roll up up as shown in the video and seal with water.
  4. Fry at 300F for 5 min or until a golden brown, any higher the wrapper on the inside will not cook all the way.
