49er (Honey Butter Sriracha) Wings

Prep Time: 10 Min | Cook Time: 40 Min

• 2 lbs chicken wings
• Sriracha Rub
• 8 tbsp of unsalted butter
• 2 tbsp garlic paste
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1/3 cup Honey
• 1/4 cup Sriracha
• 1 tsp lime juice

Optional:

• Red food coloring
• Black flaky salt
• 24k edible Gold dust

1. Melt the butter in a small pot.

2. Coat room temperature wings with 2-3 tbsp of the melted butter.

3. Coat wings with Sriracha rub.

4. Smoke indirect at 400-450 degrees for about 40-45 mins till they reach around 190 internal for more crunch.

5. Add Sriracha, honey, soy sauce, lime juice to melted butter on low heat.

6. (Optional) add Red food coloring to get a deep red color.

7. Coat wings with the sauce.

8. (Optional) sprinkle with some black flaky salt and gold dust for them Niner colors.
