Spicy Cajun Skewers

– Cajun Andouille sausage
– Shrimp
– Scallops
You can use a variety of seafood and protein.🦞 🦐🦀🐓🐖🐄

Cajun garlic butter sauce:

🔥1-2 sticks of unsalted butter. If too thick add more butter
🔥6 cloves of garlic minced
🔥1 Tbsp garlic powder
🔥1 Tbsp dried italian seasoning
🔥1 Tbsp paprika
🔥1 Tbsp cayenne pepper less if you want it less spicy.
🔥1 Tbsp onion powder
🔥1 Tbsp black pepper
🔥1 Tbsp salt
🔥1 Tbsp red pepper flakes

Use this rub mixture to also season the skewers before grilling.

  1. Combine all ingredients except for butter and minced garlic then season shrimp lightly
  2. cut up andouille sausage and then skewer them with shrimp
  3. grill until done
  4. in a pot over med heat melt butter then add minced garlic. Cook till fragrant
  5. add in the rest of rub and mix
  6. baste skewers with Cajun sauce
