Prep Time: 30 Min | Cook Time: 2.5 hrs
- Ingredients
- 1- 1/2 rack of pork spare
- ribs
- 4 tbsp of butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup of sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Instructions
- Coat ribs in olive oil as a binder
- Season w/ Salt, Pepper and Garlic
- Smoke at 250 for 2 hours
- Flip after 1 hour
- When done smoking cut into individual pieces
- Air fry for 20 min at 390 degrees
Sauce: - In a pan over medium heat add in 4tbsp of
butter - add in minced garlic then cook till fragrant
- add in sweet chili sauce and soy sauce
- Cook for 5 min
- When ribs are done transfer to a bowl
- Pour sauce over ribs and mix
- Plate ribs then garnish w/ crispy fried garlic
