- Ingredients
- 2 Chipotle in adobo sauce
- 1 habanero
- 1 shallot
- 1 cup roasted red peppers
- ½ cup packed fresh parsley or cilantro. They both work great. Depends on your preference.
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 whole garlic cloves peeled
- ½ fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
- ½ cup olive oil good quality
- Instructions
- Mince all ingredients and add to a bowl
- Add in your dry seasonings
- Add in your vinegar and oil then mix
- You can also add everything into a blender for a more emulsified version but I prefer mine chunky.
- Spatchcock the chicken Froggy style
- Using olive oil as a binder
- Seasoned w/ SPG
- Got it on my smoker at 350 till an internal temp of 165
