- Brioche buns
- shrimp
- uncooked andouille sausage
- Big Johns Cajun cheese
𝘾𝙖𝙟𝙪𝙣 𝘼𝙤𝙞𝙡𝙞 𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:
- ½ c Mayo
- 1 tbsp garlic paste or minced
- ½ lemon squeezed
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp @tonychacheres Louisiana Pepper Sauce
- 1 tsp @tonychacheres Original Creole
- Instructions
- Get all Cajun Aioli ingredients in a bowl and mix
- Marinate shrimp w/ @tonychacheresInjectable Creole Butter and set a side
- Take fresh uncooked andouille sausage out of casings and form into balls
- Cook your shrimp and season w/ @tonychacheres No Salt
- Smash those andouille balls into patties, season and top with @beehivecheese Big John’s Cajun Cheese
