Off-Road Wagyu Smashburgers

Prep Time: 10 Min | Cook Time: 30 min

  1. On a hot griddle cook your bacon 1st 
  2. Then lay down some sliced onions then top with a ground beef ball the size of a golf ball. Smash down with a burger smasher or spatula then season w/ Beef rub
  3. After a few mins with you have a nice crust flip then season the other side and add American Cheese
  4. When done remove and toast up your hamburger buns
  5. Build your sauce with mayo, mustard and bbq sauce. Mix well
  6. Assemble your burger and enjoy
