- Ingredients
- American Wagyu ground beef from RC Ranch
- American Wagyu Beef Bacon from RC Ranch
- Hamburger buns
- Onions
- American Cheese
- Blazing Star BBQ Beef Rub
Sauce
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Blazing Star BBQ Original BBQ sauce

- On a hot griddle cook your bacon 1st
- Then lay down some sliced onions then top with a ground beef ball the size of a golf ball. Smash down with a burger smasher or spatula then season w/ Beef rub
- After a few mins with you have a nice crust flip then season the other side and add American Cheese
- When done remove and toast up your hamburger buns
- Build your sauce with mayo, mustard and bbq sauce. Mix well
- Assemble your burger and enjoy
