American Kurobuta Pork Short Ribs

  • applewood chunks
  • worcestershire sauce
  • Pork Short Ribs
  • salt
  • coarse ground pepper
  • apple juice
  1. Set smoker to 250
  2. Using applewood chunks
  3. Use worcestershire sauce as a binder for short ribs
  4. Season with salt and coarse ground pepper
  5. Insert thermometer probes
  6. Smoke until you have a nice bark or when the internal temperature reaches about 150-160 around 3-4 hours. Spritzing every 30 min after 1st hour with apple juice
  7. Wrap in butcher paper and spritz with more apple juice
  8. Place short pork ribs back onto the smoker until it reaches 195-200
  9. Let rest for at least 1 hour in a cooler
  10. Slice up and enjoy
