Prep Time: 30-60 Min | Cook Time: 30 Min

• 2 lbs of thinly slice beef short ribs (also know as Korean short ribs)
• ½ c freshly squeezed lemon juice
• ½ c soy sauce
• 1 large white or yellow onion sliced
• 1 garlic bulb minced
• 1 tbsp coarse black pepper
• 1 c water
• Salt to taste
• 1-2 tbsp @the_w_sauce Fireshire (or regular Worcestershire sauce)

• In a large bowl combine onions (reserve some for the end), garlic, pepper, lemon juice, soy sauce, and beef.
• Mix well massaging marinade into meat and marinate for 30 min to an hour
• Remove meat and grill 1-2 minutes each side to get a quick sear and char. When done set a side
• Pre-heat a large pan or cast iron skilet
• Remove onions and garlic from marinade, add to skillet w/ Worcestershire sauce and cook till soften.
• Add in reserve marinade and bring to a boil
• Add in beef, water, salt
• Cover, lower heat and simmer for 40 mins. Stirring halfway
• Remove from heat
• Add in the rest of fresh onions, cover and let steam for 5-10 mins
• Serve over white rice and freshly squeezed lemon and enjoy 🤙🏽
