  • Pancakes
  • Pork Sausage meat
  • Eggs
  • Bacon
  • Pepperjack Cheese
  • Syrup for dipping
  1. Make pancake batter
  2. Form sausage meat into balls
  3. Heat up your griddle to medium high heat
  4. Make regular size pancakes
  5. Place your sausage balls on griddle and smash down w/ a burger smasher and parchment paper
  6. after about 2-3 mins flip then add cheese and cook an additional 2-3 mins, stack and set aside
  7. Cook your bacon
  8. Cook your sunny side up egg and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
  9. Assemble sandwich and serve with maple syrup
