Prep Time: 5 Min | Cook Time: 1.5 hrs

  • 1 cup Cremini Mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp SPG (salt, pepper and garlic powder)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Mushroom Sauce

  1. On medium heat heat coat pan with olive oil (1 tbsp) 
  2. Add butter and garlic paste and cook for 2-3 mins
  3. Add in mushrooms then cook for about  10-15 stirring every min to brown all sides
  4. Add in chicken broth, heavy cream, dijon mustard, Worcestershire and SPG
  5. Continue to cook to reduce then after 5 min add in parmesan cheese to help thicken
