- 1 cup Cremini Mushrooms
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp SPG (salt, pepper and garlic powder)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

- Instructions
Mushroom Sauce
- On medium heat heat coat pan with olive oil (1 tbsp)
- Add butter and garlic paste and cook for 2-3 mins
- Add in mushrooms then cook for about 10-15 stirring every min to brown all sides
- Add in chicken broth, heavy cream, dijon mustard, Worcestershire and SPG
- Continue to cook to reduce then after 5 min add in parmesan cheese to help thicken
