Grilled Buttery Lobster Tail

Prep Time: 30 Min | Cook Time: 25 Min

  1. Cut lobster in half down the middle of top shell with sheers then through the meat with a sharp knife also cutting through the bottom
  2. Peel lobster away from shell but leave it connected at tip of the tail
  3. Place in a bowl and pour in marinade then set aside for 30 min
  4. Get your grill fired up and hot
  5. Place lobster meat side down on the grill for 2-3 min to get a nice char then flip
  6. Lift up meat from shell using high heat gloves and place a few pieces of butter
  7. Season the top of the lobster with Cajun seasoning and place. more pieces of butter then close the lid for around 5-10 mins or until internal temp reaches 135-140 then remove
  8. Pour or serve with more melted butter and enjoy
