Pineapple Pork Spare Ribs

Prep Time: 30 Min | Cook Time: 4-5 hrs

  1. Remove the outside shell of the pineapple
  2.  Trim spareribs and score the membrane
  3.  Olive oil as a binder then season
  4.  Meat side in, wrap around pineapple and secure w/ wooden skewers
  5.  Insert your wireless meat thermometer in then smoke at 250F using Applewood
  6.  When internal temperature reaches 195F baste w/ BBQ sauce
  7.  Remove when internal temperature reaches 200F remove and let rest for 10-15 min
  8.  Slice up ribs then lather in more BBQ sauce
  9.  Slice and dice the pineapple then top over the ribs and enjoy
