- 5 large Tiger Prawns from High Society Meats
- 8oz of Salted Butter
- 1 whole Garlic minced
- 4 tbsp Tony Chachere’s No Salt

- Cut legs and face off of prawns
- Cut prawns down the middles starting at the base of the head with shears.
- Remove poop
- Get griddle up to a medium heat and melt down the butter.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 2min then add Cajun seasoning
- Add prawns and cook about 2-3 min a side
- Squeeze a half a lemon over shrimp
- Plate and top off with parsley
