• 6 tbsp room temp salted butter
• 3 tbsp of @tonychacheres no salt Cajun seasoning
• 8 cloves of fresh minced garlic
• 2-3 tbsp @mikeshothoney
- Instructions
- mix all ingredients and pile on top of your lobsters
- get your @meatermade wireless meat thermometers in
- smoke or bake at 350 till internal temp reaches 135-140
- let rest for 5-10 minutes
- slice up and top with the melted butter drippings and chives
