  • Turkey
  • Compound butter (butter, Roasted garlic and Garlic and herb seasoning) or regular butter
  • Garlic and Herb seasoning

• brined turkey in a Kinder’s brine solution overnight
• Remove from Brine, rinse and dry
• spatchcock it Frog style I learned from my brotha @alfrugoni using my @thenikosknife
• stuff compound butter (butter,roasted minced garlic,garlic and herb rub) under the skin on thighs, legs and breasts
@fresh_vintage_farms almond oil as a binder
• season with salt and @chargrillergrills Garlic and Herb rub
• get your @meatermade wireless thermometers in the breast and thigh
• smoked at 300-350 in my @chargrillergrillsGrand Champion offset over @jealousdevilcharcoal Chunx w/ hickory and applewood
• remove when the breast reaches an internal temp of 160
• let rest for 15-20 min
