Cajun Shrimp and Andouille Smashburger

  • Brioche buns
  • shrimp
  • uncooked andouille sausage
  • Big Johns Cajun cheese

 

𝘾𝙖𝙟𝙪𝙣 𝘼𝙤𝙞𝙡𝙞 𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:

  • ½ c Mayo
  •  1 tbsp garlic paste or minced
  •  ½ lemon squeezed
  •  1 tbsp chives
  •  1 tbsp @tonychacheres Louisiana Pepper Sauce
  •  1 tsp @tonychacheres Original Creole

  1.  Get all Cajun Aioli ingredients in a bowl and mix
  2.  Marinate shrimp w/ @tonychacheresInjectable Creole Butter and set a side
  3.  Take fresh uncooked andouille sausage out of casings and form into balls
  4.  Cook your shrimp and season w/ @tonychacheres No Salt
  5.  Smash those andouille balls into patties, season and top with @beehivecheese Big John’s Cajun Cheese
  6.  Assemble then enjoy 👌🏽
