  • duck fat
  • stick of butter

🔥Split chicken
🔥Add butter under the skin
🔥Almond oil as a binder @fresh_vintage_farms
🔥Seasoned w/ salt and pepper
🔥Cook over @jealousdevilcharcoal bone side down for 1 ½ hrs or until breast internal temp hits 165 using @meatermade
🔥Baste both sides w/ duck fat
🔥flip and cook for another 45 min
