- Pork Wings from Porter Road
- Chucks Flavor Train Garlic Pepper Rub
- Freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 4-8 tbsp of unsalted butter
- Instructions
- Olive oil as a binder
- Season heavily w/ your favorite garlic rub
- Smoke at 250F until internal temp reaches around 180F (3-4 hrs)
- Wrap each pork wing with 2 tbsp of butter on top and bottom then wrap tightly and individually
- Place back into smoker until internal temp reaches around 203F
- Let rest for 30 min wrapped then remove and top with freshly grated parmesan cheese and enjoy
