- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp coarse black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp annotto powder
πππ©π πππ§π πππͺππ: - 1 Shallot minced
- Lots of minced garlic
- Annotto powder 1 tbsp
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1/2- 1 c Chicken stock till smooth
- 1 tbsp Bagoong (fermented shrimp paste)
- Instructions
- Score wings for rub and sauce to penetrate to the meat for maximum flavor *optional
- Coat in olive oil then rub. Mix throughly into the meat.
- Placed wings onto my @chargrillergrills Akorn and using the @vortex_cooking charcoal ring for indirect heat distribution.
- Place a applewood wood chunk in the center for smoke
- Cooked these wings at around 500F+ for about 15-20min until crispy.
- In a pan on medium heat add in olive oil then minced shallots and garlic and cook till fragrant.
- Add in annotto powder, peanut butter, chicken stock. Simmer for a couple minutes then add in bagoong paste and mix.
- Simmer for an additional 5 min the shit off heat.
- Coat wings or use as a dipping sauce and enjoy π€π½
