- Ingredients
𝙍𝙤𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙂𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝘼𝙞𝙤𝙡𝙞
- 1 c Mayo
- 1 garlic bulb minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- half a lemon squeezed
chives and salt and pepper to taste
𝘽𝙚𝙚𝙧 𝘽𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧
- 1 c all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 egg
- 1/2 Mexican beer
- Instructions
- In a large bowl add in your flour and Cajun seasoning, egg and slowly pour in your beer while whisking to the consistency you’re looking for. I made mine a little bit runny
- Remove King Crab legs from its shell, dunk in beer batter then fry at 350 till golden brown
- In a small pan on medium heat add in butter and garlic and cook to brown and slightly crispy then add it to a bowl w/ the rest of aioli ingredients and whisk then refrigerate.
- Grill your Frozen @eatmeatdistrict Shaq 100% Angus Beef Half Pound Patties and season with salt and pepper then top w/ Havarti cheese
- Assemble your burger then enjoy 🤙🏽
