- Instructions
1. Remove membrane from ribs
2. Olive oil as a binder on the ribs then coat with your favorite BBQ rub
3. Smoke or bake in oven at 275 for 1.5 hrs
4. Then wrap in aluminum foil, adding bbq sauce to both sides of the ribs and smoke or bake in the oven for another 1.5 hrs
5. Once done let rest for 15-20 mins
Remove bones from ribs and slice to fit sandwich bread
6. Add bbq sauce to bottom bone and place ribs
7. Add sliced white onions and pickles
8. Add more bbq sauce on top then add top bun
9. Slice in half and enjoy
