- Ingredients
𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲:
- 1 cup Michelada Mix @originalmichiedawg
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 tbsp Pickle juice
- 1 tbsp Bear & Burtons Fireshire Worcestershire
- 1 tsp Tajin
𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲:
- 4 tbsp Salted butter
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Bear & Burtons Fireshire Worcestershire
- 1/4 cup Miller Lite or use your favorite beer
- 1/4 cup each Melindas Foods Mexicana & Cayenne Hot Sauces
- 2 tbsp Melindas Foods Hot Honey
- Instructions
- Add all marinade ingredients to a bowl and mix
- Add it to your wings and marinate for at least 2hrs or use a Avid Armor USV32 Vacuum Chamber for an instant marinade in only 90sec
- Pat dry wings, olive oil as a binder then season w/ Blazing Star BBQ Reaper
- Smoked on my @chargrillergrills Gravity Fed 980 at 400F for 45 min until an internal temp of 190F
- In a sauce pan on medium heat add in all ingredients except 2 tbsp of butter and the hot honey. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-10 min until thick
- Turn off heat and add in butter and hot honey, mix then pour over wings and toss.
