- Pork Brisket from Porter Road
- Blazing Star Pork’n & All in One Seasonings
- Melinda’s Japanese Barbecue Sauce
- 1 can Miller Lite Beer or whatever you prefer
- Everything bagel seasoning
- 4 tbsp Butter

- Slice up pork brisket into 1 in cubes
- Drizzle olive oil for a binder then season with BBQ rub
- Place on a wire rack about an inch apart
- Place in a pre heated smoker at 225F using Cherrywood for about 3hrs
- After 3 hrs remove from wire rack and place in an aluminum tray
- Add in butter, BBQ sauce then mix. Add in beer to the bottom of the pan, do not pour over burnt ends.
- Cover with aluminum foil then place back into smoker for 3 more hours at 250F
- Remove all liquid or place burnt ends into another aluminum pan then coat with more BBQ sauce
- Place back into smoker for 15 min so sauce will tack up
- Top with everything bagel seasoning and enjoy
