Pork Brisket Burnt Ends

Prep Time: 30 Min | Cook Time: 6.5 hrs

  1. Slice up pork brisket into 1 in cubes
  2. Drizzle olive oil for a binder then season with BBQ rub
  3. Place on a wire rack about an inch apart
  4. Place in a pre heated smoker at 225F using Cherrywood for about 3hrs
  5. After 3 hrs remove from wire rack and place in an aluminum tray
  6. Add in butter, BBQ sauce then mix. Add in beer to the bottom of the pan, do not pour over burnt ends.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil then place back into smoker for 3 more hours at 250F
  8. Remove all liquid or place burnt ends into another aluminum pan then coat with more BBQ sauce
  9. Place back into smoker for 15 min so sauce will tack up
  10. Top with everything bagel seasoning and enjoy
