Rack of Lamb w/ Cajun Cowboy Butter

Prep Time: 10 Min | Cook Time: 1.5 hrs

𝘾𝙖𝙟𝙪𝙣 𝘾𝙤𝙬𝙗𝙤𝙮 𝘽𝙪𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:

  • 1 c. butter, melted
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 whole garlic, minced
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • •1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 tbsp. Freshly Chopped Parsley
  • 1 tbsp. freshly chopped chives
  • 2 tsp. minced thyme kosher salt
  • 1tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. @tonychacheres Spice N’ Herbs
  •  tbsp. @tonychacheres Louisiana Pepper Sauce
  1.  Score the fat cap to let them flavors penetrate
  2.  @wsauceofficial as binder then hit it w/ @hardcorecarnivore Black
  3.  Got my @meatermade wireless meat thermometer in and set it to 120 degrees
  4.  Sear both sides on my @chargrillergrills King Griller to get the char you prefer then to the opposite side of the grill to finish cooking w/ some smoke. Added hickory wood chunks over @jealousdevilcharcoal Chunx
  5.  When temp reaches 120 remove and cover w/ foil and let rest for 10-15 min
  6.  Slice up and add some Cajun compound butter. Torch it to melt that butter then get ready for some “Money”
