Buffalo Chicken Lumpia

Prep Time: 1 hr | Cook Time: 1.5 hrs

  •  2 Large chicken breasts
  •  @kindersflavors Buffalo Wing Sauce & Dip
  •  4 oz of blue cheese crumbles
  •  Lumpia wrapper
  1.  Coat chicken breasts w/ Buffalo sauce and let marinate for 1 hour
  2.  Smoke at 325 degrees till an internal temp of 165 about an hour
  3.  When done let cool for 20-30 minutes
  4.  Shred and roughly chop chicken then add to a bowl. Add in blue cheese and Buffalo sauce then mix.
  5.  Add about a large spoonful to each lumpia wrapper then roll them up.
  6.  Fry at 325-350 for about a min on each side, till golden brown
  7.  Drizzle more Buffalo sauce and serve w/ Ranch dressing.
