  • 1 c. butter, melted
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 whole garlic, minced
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 tbsp. Freshly Chopped Parsley
  • 1 tbsp. freshly chopped chives
  • 2 tsp. minced thyme
  • 1tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. @tonychacheres Spice N’ Herbs
  •  tbsp. @tonychacheres Louisiana Pepper Sauce
  1.  Seasoned tomahawk w/ @tonychacheres Bold Creole seasoning
  2.  Hung it over open fire till an internal temp of around 115 over lump charcoal and hickory wood
  3.  Melt butter in a pan over medium heat then add in minced garlic and shallots. Cook till fragrant
  4.  Add in Dijon, paprika, cayenne, lemon juice, @tonychacheres Spice N’ Herbs and pepper sauce. Mix to incorporate all that flavor
  5.  Then add in thyme, parsley and chives. Cook for 1 min then transfer to a small dipping bowl
  6.  When tomahawk reaches 115 remove set a side
  7.  Place a cast iron upside down over fire. This will allow you to lay the tomahawk flat for an even sear without the bone getting in the way
  8.  Oil cast iron then sear tomahawk for about 1-2 min per side. Remove when then internal reaches 130
  9.  Let rest for 5-10 minutes then slice up and enjoy
