  • Lumpia Wrappers
  • Peanut Oil

  • 2 Chipotle in adobo sauce
  • 1 habanero 

  • 1 shallot
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers
  • Β½ cup packed fresh parsley or cilantro. They both work great. Depends on your preference.
  • ΒΌ cup red wine vinegar

  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika

  • 1 whole garlic cloves peeled

  • Β½ fresh lime juice

  • 1 tbsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes

  • Β½ cup olive oil good quality

  2. Β Lay your lumpia paper down
  3. Β Add in your pulled pork, pickled red onions and cheese
  4. Β Roll’em up nice and tight
  5. Β Fry at 325-350 till golden brown
  6.  Top w/ Red Chimi and get ready to have your mind blown! 🀯
