- Ingredients
• Salmon fillet
• 1 block cream cheese
• @tonychacheres No Salt Seasoning
• Bacon crumbles
𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙮 𝘾𝙖𝙟𝙪𝙣 𝘼𝙡𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙤 𝙎𝙖𝙪𝙘𝙚:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
- 16oz Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp fresh cracked pepper
- 1-2 tbsp @tonychacheres Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning
- 1 cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese
- Instructions
- Cover salmon w/ cream cheese, season and top w/ bacon crumbles
- Roll in up, cut into 2in pinwheels and secure w/ toothpicks
- Place on soaked cedar planks or parchment paper and smoke at 350 degrees using applewood until an internal temp of 125-130
- Add butter and garlic to a pan on medium/low heat and cook for a couple mins
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and simmer until all the cheese is melted
- When salmon in done pour sauce over and enjoy
